Excel 2007 tips

 To make one or more title rows repeat at the top of every page (or make columns repeat on the left, for example)...

  1. Click the "Page Layout" tab.
  2. Click the "Print Titles" icon.
  3. Click your cursor in the "Rows to Repeat at Top" box so that it's blinking there.
  4. On your worksheet, click the rows you want to repeat.
  5. Click "OK".

You can use Print Preview to check that it looks the way you want before you print. That way if you insert or delete lines you don't have to move the title lines -- they'll move automatically.
